Mr. Khosla is a results-driven Program Director with over 25 years of experience, holding certifications in PgMP and PMP, and has successfully led large-scale technology programs across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, SAP, Cloud Infrastructure, and Pega Infinity software development projects. Known for delivering high-quality services, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring program profitability, he excels in navigating the complexities of the IT landscape. His expertise includes establishing and managing PMOs, implementing advanced project management tools, and cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.

Fedcocktail was established in 2008 and successfully hosted and organized hundred's of event till the pandemic.

Dr. Sunny Singh is a founding member and is a part of the Intellect Solutions’ executive team. He is a key decision maker in the management, architecture and development of numerous client/server applications, as well as web-based applications, including medical data records. He oversees sales and business development, commercial cloud product development, financial, legal and regulatory affairs, human resources, marketing, security policy, and communications. As an industry innovator and results-driven entrepreneur, Dr. Singh has built an award-winning business that engineers and delivers technical, problem solving solutions while fostering lasting partnerships with industry leaders. Dr. Singh has excellent management and technical capabilities with deep knowledge of DoD technical and organizational environments. In addition to his Doctoral and Master’s degrees, he holds a Secret clearance, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, holds an ITIL certification and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

With a background spanning application development, infrastructure, and enterprise software, he brings both technical and business acumen to the federal contracting community.
